Principal's Message

Nord Families,

It is hard to believe we are wrapping up our fourth week of the school year! Our fourth and fifth grade students have done a wonderful job settling into routines and showing us what it means to be respectful, responsible, and safe each day at Nord. The energy in our classrooms has been inspiring, and I am so proud of the hard work of our staff and students each day at Walter G. Nord School.

We hope you enjoy this edition of Nord News which includes information about our upcoming fifth grade trip to Camp Fitch, Comet Impact Raffle winners, information from our Nord clinic, and much more!

As a reminder, there will be no school next Friday, September 19th, due to a district professional development day.

I look forward to seeing many of you at our first home varsity football game at our newly renovated Spitzer Stadium this afternoon!

Go Comets!

Nick Toney
Principal, Walter G. Nord School
