Three outstanding Steele students — Corrinn Kinser, Emma Kucbel, and Emma Timko — are proudly leading this year’s Blood Cancer United Student Visionaries campaign. To kick off their efforts, they are hosting a fun and meaningful community event: Chuck-A-Duck at upcoming home basketball games.

Students, families, and community members are invited to participate by tossing a duck onto the court for a chance to win exciting prizes, including Small Business Baskets valued at $100. All proceeds from the event directly support Blood Cancer United, helping fund critical research, patient support services, and valuable resources for families throughout our region.

December 12, 19, 23, 30 • January 9, 16 • February 3

Let’s come together to support these dedicated students and make a positive impact in the fight against blood cancer. 

Our AJH Band, Choir, and Kindergarten students put on wonderful performances this week—and there’s even more to come! Join us as we celebrate the talent and dedication of our amazing student musicians and singers this coming week.

Please remind your students to check their lost and found for any missing jackets, water bottles, lunch boxes, or other items. Parents are welcome to look as well—just check in at the office first.

All unclaimed items will be donated once students leave for winter break, so if your family is missing something, now is the time to take a look. Thank you for helping us reunite items with their owners!
